DrillChem LogoDrillChem Drilling Solutions recently leased 5,500 square feet of office space at 8701 New Trails in The Woodlands.

 Ryan Dierker and Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant.

 “DrillChem was able to efficiently upgrade their office, while also being able to consolidate their lab space so that all of their headquarters could be based out of one location,” noted Dierker.

David Alexander, Vice President at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, DAC, Ltd., with the sale negotiations for the 5.6 acre tract located at 310 Riley Fuzzell in Spring.

 Giddy Up Development was the purchaser.

Rob Banzhaf and Ryan Dierker of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the Tenant, Hunt Guillot & Associates LLC, in the sublease of 26,189 square foot space located at 8401 New Trails.

 “We were able to leverage several sublease offers which allowed HGA to reduce millions of dollars in lease liability,” noted Dierker.
